After your offer is accepted, a home inspection, among other things, ensures there are no hidden issues.

  • Hiring a professional home inspector

  • Reviewing the inspection report

  • Negotiating repairs or adjustments if needed. This helps protect you from unexpected expenses in the future.

It's Almost Yours

Once inspections are complete, the final steps include:

  • Final mortgage approval

  • Appraisal to confirm home value

  • Signing legal paperwork

  • Closing day, when you officially take ownership, I’ll be reachable to ensure a smooth closing process.

Moving Time

Congratulations! After closing, it’s time to:

  • Set up utilities and change your address

  • Schedule your move-in date
